Welcome to YSconcierge. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms of service. Please read them carefully before booking our services.
YSconcierge is a company based in Geneva, Switzerland, offering luxury concierge services including chauffeur transport and vehicle rental.
Definitions
"We", "our", "us": refers to YSconcierge
"You", "your": refers to the customer using our services
"Services": refers to all services offered by YSconcierge, including chauffeur transport and vehicle rental
"Platform": refers to our website and application
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, making a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and our privacy policy.
If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Offered
Chauffeur Transport
- Professional chauffeur transport service
- Luxury vehicles for all your trips
- One-time or regular journeys
- Price calculated based on distance and time
Vehicle Rental
- Luxury vehicle rental without chauffeur
- Daily rate + estimated mileage
- Minimum duration: 1 day
- Valid driver's license required
Bookings and Deadlines
Booking Process
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the desired service
- All bookings are subject to our approval
- You will receive an email confirmation once the booking is approved
- Urgent bookings (less than 24h) may incur additional fees
Payment Deadlines
Payment must be made according to the following deadlines:
- Booking > 72h before service: payment required 48h before service start
- Booking between 24-72h before service: payment required 24h before service start
- Booking < 24h before service: payment required 2h after booking approval
Failure to meet these deadlines will result in automatic cancellation of your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
- More than 48h before service: full refund (100%)
- Between 24h and 48h before service: partial refund (50%)
- Less than 24h before service: no refund (0%)
To cancel a booking, log into your account and access your bookings. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Pricing and Payment
Service Prices
- All prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF)
- Prices include applicable VAT
- Prices may vary based on demand and availability
- Additional fees may apply for special services or urgent requests
Payment Methods
- Secure online payment via Stripe (credit/debit cards)
- On-site payment (cash or card)
- Payment method must be chosen within the specified deadlines
- An invoice will be sent to you by email after each service
Late Invoices
Unpaid invoices after the due date may result in:
- Late fees of 5% of the amount due
- Suspension of your account
- Inability to book new services
- Collection actions
Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking
- Be present at the agreed location and time
- Respect the vehicle and driver
- For vehicle rentals: hold a valid driver's license and comply with traffic laws
- Report any damage or issues immediately
- Pay for damages caused to the vehicle in case of rental
- Respect the estimated mileage limits for rentals
Our Responsibilities
We commit to:
- Provide professional and high-quality services
- Maintain our vehicles in excellent condition
- Employ qualified and professional drivers
- Insure all our vehicles in accordance with Swiss law
- Respect the privacy of your personal data
- Handle complaints quickly and professionally
Limitation of Liability
YSconcierge cannot be held responsible for:
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, traffic, accidents, etc.)
- Indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services
- Loss or theft of personal items left in vehicles
- Damage caused to third parties by the client during vehicle rental
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.
Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for any failure to fulfill our obligations in case of force majeure, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Strikes, social conflicts
- Major technical failures
- Acts of terrorism or war
- Government restrictions
In such cases, we will offer you a full refund or postponement of your booking.
Intellectual Property
All content on our platform (texts, images, logos, design, code) is the exclusive property of YSconcierge and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is strictly prohibited.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms of service are governed by Swiss law.
Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on our platform.
Your continued use of our services after publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of these changes.
